Re: Pics - My Aegyptia
Thomas Wilms - in his book "Uromastyx" covers these as well as he does almost all of the other species. (ISBN 3-936180-12-1) Published by Herpeton.
The one or two not well covered is due to lack of info and specimens. e.g. the occidentalis - were he mentions "the only known adult male" as being dark-red / brown - and "the only known juvenile" as being yellow brown.
Another not very well covered is the macfadyeni - but the rest are very well covered in varying degrees - I highly reccommend his book.
The aegyptia seems quite well covered to me by Jerry G. Walls too in his book titled - "The Guide to Owning Uromastyx and butterfly Agamids" (ISBN 0-7938-2074-X) a t.f.h publication, but he certainly does not cover it well at all in his book "Uromastyx - plus other Common Agamids" (ISBN 1-882770-87-0), published by AVS
