Re: Not Eating?

Are they housed together, has anything changed, temps? etc. More info would be helpful.

Re: Not Eating?

No, nothing has changed. They are still together, getting along great as normal, still acting normal. They just seam to not be hungry. I notice the food moved around, so it possible that they're eating small amounts, but usually they eat it all. It looks like they've barely been touching anything.

Re: Not Eating?

Give it a whirl, put in a divider for a few days and separate them. See what happens. If nothing, then you know they aren't stressing each other out.

Just because you don't see anything, doesn't mean there aren't issues.

Re: Not Eating?

I think that would be a wise thing to do. Are you sure your temps are right and your UVB light isn't expired?

Also, what have you been feeding them?

Re: Not Eating?

Not eating is not good at all...

They get all their moisture form the foods they eat (only juveniles will actually drink) - so they run the real - imminent risk of dehydration and death.

While they are not eating I recommend Hydro-Life, T-Rex Liquid Supplements - Hydrolife An electrolyte formulated for the treatment of dehydration, exhaustion, starvation and shock.

I was able to revive a Uro that I thought was dead - it took me 15 mins to find some indication of life, which was a single gullet movement. I was ready to put her in the freezer that is how 'dead' she appeared.

But after 4 days on hydro-life and keeping her warm day and night she came around and is now doing very well.
