i feed my uro daily. here is his routine. gets about 1 cup of mixed greens shredded a little bit (escarole, chickory endive, dandalion, spring mix) i put in bok coy every other week. Finch seed with (NO) sunflower seeds. make shure you put it in the freezer after you buy it for 24 hrs and this will kill any mites that might be hiding in it. mites are very fond of bird seed. I sprinkle about a teaspoon into his greens about every 4 days. mango or squash shredded usally once a week and I hand feed him this. hybiscius flower about 2 a month. hibiscus leaf I do about 3 large leafs a week and this I usally hand feed. Bee Pollen I do 2 times a month and I crush it into a powder and sprinkle on his greens. I also do peas and green beans alternate between them about 2 times a month. hope some of this helps you. oh yea 4 mealwoms a month now. expecially since I got some new info about feeding of bugs to a uro.
