With methane of course being the stink in the concoction.
a little burp here or there is all you will get by swallowed air. however most gas is a byproduct of digestion, the reason you burp after soda is because of the CO2 released. flatulence on the other hand is almost always a byproduct of the bacteria in your lower digestive system. if your body is unable to digest certain sugars, or if they are able to get down to the lower GI tract, you get gas

but also, WHICH foods will give you gas (whether you are a mammal or reptile, or whatever) is dependent on your own physiology. for example, beavers eat wood. you cannot base your assumptions based on what you eat because you have very different needs and very different abilities when it comes to digesting foods

Re: Uro Diet

Hello everyone.

Collard and Mustard greens are known goitrogens, which inhibit production of thyroid hormones. I am not sure if there has ever been a study directly linking these greens with any thyroid hormone deficiency in reptiles, but most people who advocate not using them as staples are doing so out of caution. There are other foods which are not goitrogens available, so why take the chance. I myself feed collard and Mustard greens but no more than twice a month.

Re: Uro Diet

Good luck on the flowers. I love how excited Uros get when they see them.
