i have a 1 yr old mali and he only gets 3 crickets a month and sometimes none. also u shouldnt be feeding cale as the post above mentions. romaine lettuce has some nutrients and holds water well however I have been feeding
Escarole
Endive (curly) NOT the belgium endive with cheese in it.
Dandalion Flowers and leaves
Hibiscus Flowers and leaves (as treats)
Rose pedals (as treats)
Sweet red/yellow Peppers
lentils (soaked)
peas
butternut squash
carrots (shredded)
Finch seed (no sunflower seeds)

when it comes to the rose pedals and hibiscus plants and dandalion's.
make shure there pesticide free (very important) or grow them your self
i am shure there are a couple I missed. i stay away from brocolli, kale, collard, spinich, romaine or iceberg lettuce. I also dust with either tortise dust or uro dust. 2 times a week and one time a week he gets rep cal withd3 and dont combine the vitamins and the calcium at the same time.

Well my mali is a few months old and I feed it about....6 crickets about every 2 weeks. Is that too much am I spoiling him? =P

That's a pretty decent amount for him to be eating.
