what kind of foods should I feed my mali uromastyx. i feed him bird seed, sometimes strawberries, parsley, ice burgee lettuce, and other greens. also how often should I feed him bird seed.

It's fine to keep a small dish of birdseed in the enclosure. But you want to make sure he eats a variety of food. Iceburg lettuce is not a good one. It is very low in nutritional value. Dandelion greens are excellent. Here is a good caresheet.
