i have a uro that is about 6 weeks old, i have had him for 2 weeks, he is about 4" total body length right now. he doesnt seem to be eating much at all, and is getting skinny, sleeps ALL THE TIME. his temps are 120 at the basking spot, and about 85 on the cool end. i have tried to feed him, romaine lettuce, escarole, mustard greens, and meal worms....what I really want advice on is how to fatten him up some if this is all he is going to eat. and...what is the best way to provide him with calcium in a way that he will eat it...thanks in advance...

i would offer water when I have new or sick Uros having water seems to help, i fill a shallow bowl alittle and then drip water in to get their attention.
green peas and dandelion flowers are great for picky eaters you can give the peas plain atfirst so he see's that their good and then strat offering them dusted, mine never minded it. and if he starts eating the peas he'll probably end up eating the other stuff in the bolw too. and you can count the peas you give him and check back later to see if any are gone.
i would stop offering the mealworms,its harder for them to process teh protien when their thin and/or dehydrated

have you taken him tothe vet? i had a very thin but active and eating a little female that I lost becuase I didnt take her to the vet intime

it cant, depends on the Uro but all mine will drink in the sink when I soak them just make sure you dont leave excess water on his tail

You can try some baby food-apricot or blueberry seems to work.Also if you can get him to drink, mix a little gatorade in.

well...thank you all for your help, but little' foot didnt make it, found him dead lastnight. so if any of you have any mali babies for sell, im now looking for one...i have to get another uro, i grew so attached to little' foot in the last two weeks....
