Interested in Uros lives in nature?

Anyone interested in how Uros really live in the wild? Their real habitats, things they eat and do? It took a LOT of hours on the net but I came up with 3 sites that are research into how they really live...outside before the cage.
If interested let me know and I'll give/send them to you.

I'm familiar with how many species live outside of captivity (This is why I love the "no" humidity dispute, always great fun), perhaps we are reading the same things. Post what you know here this way everyone can get a feel.

actually I hear that where I live, humidity can get down to 0%...prairies in Alberta, tsk tsk tsk. Anyways, the Sahara apparently hits a low of only 6%...

I still have to confirm our low number with a hygrometer though.

The search for sites...

There are numerous reasons I spend so much time trying to find first hand accounts of how Uros really live in the wild. Not the least of which is I want to make things as natural for my Uros as I can. It is an ongoing process trying to get plants etc for them that would be what they would really eat, burrow under, and so forth. Upon finding those things I have also found it is another task trying to locate similar species of plants available in the USA.
There are many sites that pretty much repeat info from others, and debates and arguments abound about substrate and food. I hope to help by finding answers to the questions that I personally want to know. So far the three links listed previously are all I have been able to find. I am by no means done with my search. If possible I would move to where Uros live and observe them myself to get the answers. Since this is impraticle I continue my quest on the web.
I search for actual first hand accounts of their lives, for info on actual plants, animals, ground types and whatever else I can find. My focus is on Mali's, but is not limited to them alone. Those are the things I focus on when reading through the links I found. I hope this in some way helps others and their Uros benefit from it.
If God wills it I will be able to find someone who lives in Africa or other places Uros live who can help me answer these questions.
