Custom Enclosure

I have two young RES in a 58g tank. Knowing that the tank will soon be to small, I am constructing a custom enclosure in a spare bedroom with a preformed pond liner, plywood, plants and sand. How deep of a pond liner should I buy? Does anyone know of any sites that show plans so I could get some ideas as to what I would want to include or exclude. Thanks in advance, Brian.

Re: Custom Enclosure

Are we talking about fabric pond liner, or those preformed tubs?

Re: Custom Enclosure

Great item to buy rather than a pond liner is a Reptile Forums - The HC Network They have a variety of sizes to fit your needs and will be good. If you are going the route for making your own and use the rubber liner. You can make it more your shape and size and depth that way.

Re: Custom Enclosure

I was looking at least a 100g preformed pond liner to start with. I could possibly go bigger not a big deal. Not going with the pond fabric as I am setting this up in my spare bedroom and dont want any leaks.
