There will be many who read the post that have no idea what the answer is. You are not being slighted, they just don't know. And if someone doesn't know the answer its just as well that they don't just guess!
I myself do not keep aquatic turtles so I personally don't know the answer either.
However I found this from the Western New York Herp Society

So working on a max size of 8 inches you would be looking at an enclosure
24x48 with a water depth of at least 8 inches. This is a bare minimum for one turtle.
