Rescued from Pool

I also found a tiny turtle in our pool and have tried to Identify him but had no luck. If anyone has any ideas on what type of turtle he is I would love some help...He barely eats. I currently have painted sliders and would love to keep him but I'm not sure how to care for him.

here is a link to ID him. Its hard to tell from those photos. If he is native and wild, there is a good chance by law you have to let him go.
