I was wondering if a baby Whites Tree Frog can stay in a ten gallon tank or will I be better off if I just get an adult Whites Tree Frog to keep with my other frog?

Well, either way you would need to quarantine the animal for at least 30 days (90 is better) before adding it to a tank with other animals.

How small of a baby are we talking?

It's the size of a nickel/quarter.

Your baby will become lunch. If you put that small of a baby with an adult, it WILL get eaten.

A baby whites tree frog will do just fine in a 10 gallon tank, but a 10 gallon tank is much too small for an adult, much less two adult whites tree frogs. Minimum for 2 frogs is a standard 29 gallon tank.

I have a current 29 gallon for my adult Whites Tree Frog.

I thought I remembered you saying you had a 29 for the Whites Tree Frog. I just wanted to be sure. Yup, if you have a 10 gallon, your new little frog would be fine in it until he gets too big to fit in the other frogs mouth. (roughly the space between the adult frogs eyes)
