Tiger Leg Tree Frog Inquiry [who Has One]?
I'm just asking if anyone else here has a tiger leg or a clown tree frog. Just looking to share experiences about the two. So I can better understand their behaviors.

I believe member "30mm" has one of each. Try doing a search, there are lots of posts regarding both frogs in the tree frog forum

I did a search and I was surprised to see so little on here about the two. What little is on seems to be different to my experiences with them.

I believe their care is very similar to that of Red Eye Tree Frogs.

Re: Tiger Leg Tree Frog Inquiry [who Has One]?
I had a clown and I have a tiger leg!
My clown had passed on since he wasn't eating and when I got him he was already in bad shape. If I was offered one I would take it in a heart beat. Lovely frog he was.
As for the tiger leg he's doin great. I do not really have an idea of what his husbandry needs are but so far he's doing alright. How do you care for your guy I would love to know.
He seems to be pretty reclusive coming out only once in a while even at night. If I ever find him sleeping and bother him he seems pretty tired for a little bit. Seems to wake up like myself hahaha. I still have never seen the guy eat and I've had him for quite a while.

I think 30mm said there tiger was more outgoing then the clown and that tigers need less humidity and a basking area. My tiger is super reclusive and unless the humidity is at least 80% he will hang out on the ground under the watercourse area. My clown will come out when the room lights are on and will hunt even if he knows I'm right there watching, the tiger wont move if he sees me. Forgive me if I misstated anyone.

Re: Tiger Leg Tree Frog Inquiry [who Has One]?
I find my frogs all have different personalities. Some of my WTFs are awake before the lights come on. Some won't wake up even if I'm cleaning the tank and won't wake up for a good hour after the lights go off.
As long as they are eating and are having healthy (solid) poops, I wouldn't worry about it.

Mind you that the post you were looking at was also right when I got them. I practically never see my tiger.
