What supplements do you guys use for your Whites Tree Frog's and how offten do you use them?

I sprinkle calcium + vitamin D powder on their crickets once a week. Mostly I strive to have the healthiest crickets by gutloading with lots of fruits, veggies and some cat kibble for protein. Healthy crickets = healthy frogs.

No idea. I haven't looked at the jar in ages. That stuff lasts forever, even with 14 amphibians.

Could I use my leo's? It doesn't have any phosphorus, is that okay?

Not sure about frogs but for herps in general it is suggested that the calcium used be without phosphorous. The insects you feed are loaded with phosphorous.
