Re: The Clown and the Tiger As Promised

Well, when they are in the viv, I see the tiger out at night and some times out during the day. The tiger needs a basking spot. it's a waxing type tree frog so they need a relatively low humid and high heat viv. When I take him out he walks around a bit but doesn't move fast. If you've seen them walk before they creep around, it's pretty cute.

As far as the clown goes, I never see him in his viv. It's heavily planted and he's so small so that doesn't really help either. When he's out though he likes to hop all over the place though. He does this cute little thing with his legs. I don't know if you've seen it before but he like kicks his back legs out, it's really cute.

All in all I would have to say the tiger is more of an eye friendly frog, but you just can't beat seeing the colors of the clown in person.
