there are several different colors of WTFs depending on their breeding and where they come from. Most are from indonesia (browner) or Australia (blue phase). Then there are some from mexico which are really bright green.

but if you are asking about the Mayer Library part, I think he means that the frog is located at a Library named The Mayer Library...
