so I have two Whites Tree Frog's, but the new guy(KJ) won't eat from tongs. when I drop crickets in he's fine and chomps away in about a minute. i really want him to eat from tongs though because I don't like having crickets run around and I won't even try to catch them with all the foliage in my viv. i was able to just drop the crickets in before because he was on paper towels and a small enclosure for quarantine. should I just try to keep feeding him from tongs and if he gets hungry enough he'll eat from them?

you can always feed in a bucket. Get a clean 5 gallon bucket, put the frog in and drop in the crickets. This is how I feed my guys. No bugs in the tank and I know how much they eat.

that is true, didn't even think of that one haha. i'll use that method for a week or so until he gets used to his new home. he got put in after quarintine so he's probably in shock right now. hahaha so much new stuff for him to take in!

well I made big progress! he ate from the tongs! makes me very very happy.
