yeah, those temps seem about right. I would blame it on the substrate for sure. Get the eco-earth/compressed coconut husk bricks. One brick should be way more than enough. And if you put a live plant in there, make sure you rinse the leaves and dirt very well, and bury the top of the plant's dirt, under eco-earth.

Thanks again everyone for the advice! I cleaned out the tank really well, and put in new substrate and she has been doing well and eating since Tuesday. She is starting to look plump again I'd post a picture, but I can never seem to get good pictures of my frogs, they always look blurry...
