lol he'll probably wonder where the boring frogs went and where these guys came from. i'm used to seeing pics where they have their eyes open and you can see the blue on their bodies so I honestly didn't know that the first pic where they were all tucked up was really them!

they are meant to look like leaves when asleep, so predators don't eat them.

Those frogs are absolutely amazing!! Do they call at all? I have a pacman, and while hes not being a blob, he calls, and its the most awesome "quack" noise in the world lol...
I don't need a nature-sound alarm clock

i have no idea if they call or not yet. I guess it would depend if any of them are males. Since they have only been here one night, we will wait and see. None of my fire belly toads call, which makes me mad. I hear they are normally chatter boxes.I can't believe I got no males out of the 4 I picked.
