Isn't in the process of being move here? I have to figure out my lighting. I'm a bit confused on what to do. Need to do some more research.

This is what I know:
1. I need light for the plants during the day and to keep the temp up.
2. I need timers to shut that light off and turn a night light on
3. I need a red light to keep the temp less at night (I think my house gets too cold at night, at least in the winter it does, down to 62) I won't need this light in the summer, for we set the AC at 75.
4. I need lights that won't be too hot or be too bright so they don't burn the plants.
5. I want a way to attach the lights to the top of the screen, so I"m not having to take them off seperatly every time I feed the frogs or change the water.

Really cool!!! looks like it was fun to make, I'm gonna have to make one now! one question though, how do you plan to clean the vine and bark and coconut husk surfaces? to keep them sanitary and fresh.

I was told I can wipe it all down with a paper towel. I mean it shouldn't really get that gross. The frogs tend to relieve themself in the water dish so that gets changed as needed. I'm also going to get these bugs (I can't remmeber what they are called off the top of my head) but they are good for cleaning up that kind of stuff as well.

I looked it up for you.

springtails will help eat the poop.

you can also put in pillbugs/rolly-pollies to help eat decaying vegetation.

Your frogs will eat these guys as well as any other bug you give them, so you will have to replace them every so often.

Ok, some final steps. I added the rock for drainage.

Final step. Substrate, Plants and lights. Thanks to a great suggestion, I found a light with a spot for a flurescent bulb, and 2 incandesent bulbs, so I can have one for warming during the day and one for warming at night. So I will watch over the next few weeks temps and brightness. I don't want to fry the plants or future inhabitants.

I'm going to add a few more plants. My locals shop didn't have any broms.
