Eggs!!!
I JUST got a call from my mother saying that Rita, one of our recent additions (sulcata) has dug a hole and is laying eggs!!! Mom's beside herself and is *supposed* to be taking pictures.
It's 4:55 pm in California right now, and we have 4 eggs so far. I'll update tomorrow night...  off to class now.

Well, we're not keeping them.
 There are just too many unwanted/abandoned animals for us to justify incubating them. BUT here are some pictures... Rita "in the position"  One Dozen Eggs!  Cleaned up  Hand comparison  We put them in the freezer tonight.
