My tort enclosure..

I noticed some one saying they were going to make a russian tortoise enclosure, so I figured i'd show mine. My tort died of an upper respritory infection from a rain storm over night, so i've reseeded it and am waiting for spring to get another.

It's a 4x8. Works out pretty well. It has a lot more plants now, too.

I the enclosure for outside or in? I have mine wintering over in a good size aquarium and I'm going to berm them soon. In the spring their outdoor enclosure will be something like 5' x 6-8'. I'm not positive yet as we have to map out the back yard, for the three enclosures plus the garden for the greens. LOL

Hello,

It appears the enclosure is outside, and since a rain storm caused an Upper Respiratory Infection, I would say the tort was as well.

I would like to see the planted version (with the added plants.) Have you considered an indoor enclosure for untimely weather?
