glad to hear the diet is much improved. He looks like he's loving the large enclosure,,,and the pansies are not going to last, nor will much any other type of plant.

I planted some in the russians enclosure also and he went right at them but that's why I bought them. Twinkle was nibbling on hers too! I used Retipomin turtle sticks (soaked so they were mushy) in her salads plus the tortoise chow to wean her off the dog food. The enclosure is 6' x 8' for her and the russians are on the other side in a 6' x 5' enclosure. It runs the length of my deck so I get to watch them all day from the deck!
