Pray for me....

Seriously, I have been doing some in depth research on them, and finding out as much information as I could. I also elected NOT to get the dozen or so that came my way with unknown origins. I finally found one that was captive bred, and is now scared to death in his new home haha.

How long till these guys feel a little more settled and try to kill me when I put my hand in. Right now, he is just watching me when I put my hand in (forgot to put a plant in) and isn't moving much. He finally moved a few inches, but that's about it...anyway...here are pics!!

Mine didn't get blood thirsty for about two weeks, after that all bets were off.

Give him time to adjust, he'll be grating the skin off of your fingers in no time.

Haha tokays are great little finger chomping machines lol. Mine also took about two weeks to adjust, he just sat there and was like oh my god whats all this?! Now, you can't even get near his cage without being barked at and chased off lol.... Congrats on the new guy!

Couple new pics. He has already lightened up a lot, and still isn't trying to kill me...though he did bark at me last night when I moved his dish.
