I went to the Orlando Repticon today - we all knew what the outcome of THIS would be.

Ah, I see the herp virus is still alive and kicking- let's hope they never find a cure. Great looking little guys you have there.

Mine is an aberrant pattern (the stripes) the ones that were "natural" looked just like tree bark with moss and lichen growing on it! It was hard to choose.

They also had some Uroplatus Fimbriatus that were tempting, but much larger. If I was to stick with a 20g for the gecko, I had to stay with my sikorae. The fimbriatus had some wicked eyes! (http://global-reptiles.com/images/UROPLATUS FIMBRIATUS.jpg)

I didn't have room for any more (yet!)

No, Frognut you're not the only one, I can't see a gecko either. I'm loving the albino pacman though. And you're right, Dragoness, that gecko does have funky looking eyes! (reminds me of the '70s!)

Man, he really does blend in well. I can barely see him in the picture from yesterday.

apparently, that genus of gecko (from madagascar) is referred to as "the devil" by the locals.

Some of the other species will vocalize if disturbed (namely, Uroplatus fimbriatus) and ALL of them blend in well.

I think it would be pretty unsettling if I was walking through the woods, a tree started moving, and screamed at me.

ROFLMAO!! I agree I would probably scream like a little girl and run like my pants were on fire.
