Tree Photo Shoot with "most" of the Zoo :)

    Went to Edmonton this weekend and brought home this cool tree, it's 4 braided together. I'm going to repot it tonight and thought it would be fun for a photo shoot. :)

    Second to last pic is hilariously adorable. I love tongue shots! :) It almost looks like he's doing that on purpose at the camera.

    Nice pics.
    A word about the repotting though.
    If you are just potting up into a larger container, thats fine. However if you are doing any trimming of the roots to pot it down, you need to wait until mid summer for that. Ficus are tropical and hot weather is when they do most of their growng.
    And as the trees grow, the braided trunks will grow together into one peice. Makes a large gnarled trunk very quickly.
