Savannah, she came to me as a rescue, dry crusty skin, retained eyecaps etc. after a few sheds out came this gorgeous female that has started a whole line:

Her first litter with me, mated to Porky, resulted in three holdbacks

Next she was bred by Nathan resulting in one holdback, Moon:

Then I got creative and bred one of her original offspring males back to her and the babies were insane. I kept three out of that first litter...

And a whole litter of holdbacks in the Calico Project I just recently posted...

Who knew one "rescue" could result in so many spectacular babies In total, I now have 25 of her descendants in my collection?

    Phew....

25 just from her? So how many snakes in total do you have?

Well, kind of hard to pinpoint an exact number, but at last count 146 of my own BRB's plus another 150+ babies for sale.

after the first hundred you dont notice the additional ones eh?

So I am assuming you breed your own feeders in massive quantities...

When you have so many there are always the odd ones, for example one I've had and bred for years but is now up for sale. Until it sells I count it as mine.

Yes, I have rat breeding down to a science, producing more than and keeping for raise up 96 pinky rats with the surplus going to the baby snakes. Those 96 dwindle as they are fed off to various size snakes.

Beautiful snakes as always! I can only dream of a set up like yours producing babies and fully operational with your own feeders. Look forward to more updates!
