    not sure about the first spider, and i know that the bottom pic is not a daddy long legs. daddy long legs are not spiders, they are a bug. they do not spin webs. a spider has 3 body sections, head thorax abdomen. the legs are attached to the thorax. a daddy long leg only has one body section

    it looks to be a steatoda grossa or False widow.

    Last year we had a small infestation of Northern Black Widow so I'm really hoping this is not one. She's already black so it would mean that she already laid an egg sac.
    I believe that the spider with babies is a cellar spider also commonly referred to as a daddy-long leggs spider. The harvestman is also referred to as daddy long legs.
