I hatched my musk turtle from an egg when I was twelve... I remember the first few months where he was barely larger than a dime and now he's about twice the size of a golf ball... its insane I'm wondering how long he's going to keep on living... I've had him for going on nearly 7 years... I also have an 11 year old bearded dragon... can I be expecting much more life span out of either of them?

The musk turtle should live over 20 years I believe. Bearded dragons have a lifespan of 10-15 years with some topping that! ;)

Most freshwater turtles can easily hit 20-30 years. Lifespans average longer in captivity.
