Just looking for any ideas. If I can't maintain humidity like I'd want or need I'd just give it up use it for feeders or whatever

Ideally I'd like something I could do naturalistic. A display animal. A lizard or group of lizards, or a snake. Not really into the little frogs like dart frogs or treefrogs.

I would think an arboreal snake or very small lizard (like a green anole because of the thinness of a 55). I don't know much about them, but I would think a small boa/python would fit nicely into a 55.

Some of the amazon tree boas come in gorgeous patterns, and don't get too large, and like to drape in a picturesque fashion.

Amazon tree boa would be good, that might be the choice if I go snake. Group of anoles would be fun, they're pretty active. Probably not greens, I'd probably just catch some browns or some of the other various invasive anoles we've got down here.
