I love the photos and your inverts! :)

What caused your T to flick hairs at you?

She's a pain in my bum... or in this case, face. Every time you open her enclosure, she kicks.

Wow! My T just sits around and looks like she's scheming. I can barely even get her to eat.

That sucks. What kind is she?

I love the tailless whip. I almost picked one up at a show back in FL. I'm kicking myself now for not doing it - they were only asking $10, but nobody carries them locally, and they are all very expensive online.

The whip (Irony is the name) is great. He's so much fun to watch, and seems like he's always doing something amazing. Next time you see one, grab it.

I will. they are on my wishlist. The local show only ever seems to have a very small selection of inverts that aren't feeders though. I may put in a request, or order from one of the vendors.

Great pics! I'm shuddering at the thought of the hairs though!

She's a Chilean rose (Grammostola rosea). I got her in 2008 and she used to eat 10 to 20 crickets in a sitting and I would feed her every couple of weeks. But now she eats one cricket or turk every 4 to 6 months. She's only shed once too. She's weird.

Wow, the Chaco and red knee are particularly impressive.

Any chance you have some pictures of the tailless whip scorpion's enclosure you'd be willing to put up? Every time I see them at a show the price tag on them holds me back. I'll probably take the plunge next time.

Irony is in a glass aquarium with a glass top. The substrate is Eco Earth, and I use have little slabs of rock that I pile to make walls and crevices.

Great pics of the inverts! So under-appreciated, but they make great pets.

It doesn't matter how many times I come to look at these pictures, they're always great!
