    Help! Sick turtle??

I am kind of confused on determining if my turtle is sick or not (most likely). We got him on unexpected notice and he is a baby. I believe he's a northern red bellied cooter. We are putting him in his big tank tomorrow where he can have the proper setting. I began to notice him blowing bubbles a lot, but he is still eating and he is not lopsided. I have head a strange noise though? I am not sure if it's wheezing, coughing or sneezing. He still climbs out on the rocks I put in his temporary tank though. Also after he blows the bubbles he chases them and tries to chomp at them. I feed him reptomin and vegetables.
Can anyone help me on what's wrong with him? I can't afford money for a vet, but I have heard of treatments that can be used from home?

Don't know why you have not got any replies yet here. I am not an expert at all although I keep turtles myself and have for years.

    Any pictures?

Anyone else here able to help?
