I have a Sulcata that's a little over a year old but has yet to shed. He eats well (a grass mixture), I soak him every other day and he is growing but has yet to shed.

Am I thinking to much about this and need something else to occupy my time? :)

What do you mean by he hadn't shed? Do you mean the skin around the head and neck? Or do you mean the shell, because they don't shed their shell.

Your thinking too much! These kinds of tortoises don't shed! Occasionally their skin may peel but for the most part they just grow endlessly!
Maybe you should get another reptile to occupy yourself with!

Im sorry. I guess I was just used to when I had red ear sliders or just thinking they would outgrow instead of grow with their shell. Im going to go hide in my stupidity corner.

Haha, theres no need for that. It's better to ask if you have a question than to ignore your concerns! There's no such thing as a stupid question.
