Um, not sure if anyone here can help, but does anyone know of a good place to find info on tropical sea urchins? Mine has been losing his quills... :(

I can't wait to see pictures! I have always wanted a salt water fish tank but, I am not very experienced with salt water aquariums.

How expensive are they to have and maintain?

You are lucky then! I asked my roommate (who runs our 65 gallon salty tank) and said she's never seen urchins recover once that starts. Hope it continues to go well!

She did give me this link for you to try - it's an aquarium forum

Expensive to start up, but really easy to maintain once established. You start really really slowly so you need to have patience. The bigger the tank, the easier it is going to be. I recommend starting with at least a 30 gallon.
