    Hello!

I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for UVB lights and basking lights for a 100 gallon stock tank?

Also, is it better to have one 200 watt submersible heater, or two less powerful heaters?

    Thank you!

On the heater/s, having 2 would give you some redundancy, but I really don't see any other advantage. Just make sure that whatever you use is unbreakable and can't come in direct contact with the stock tank if it is plastic.
Now on the lighting, I have been using the self ballasted mercury vapor bulbs, with LED shop lights for the ambient lighting. An alternate would be to use a T5ho florescent setup, along with some outdoor halogen flood bulbs for the basking site. For the florescent, Arcadia or I think zoo med was the other good brand. For the mvb, I think metadata and Arcadia are the best, been a while since I purchased any, but I'll need some soon.
