I have a few questions about feeding Ophion. I feed regularly on Mondays, and a few days later Ophion will start hunting again, he is currently on big sized hopper mice and I am wondering if and when its ok to start feeding two hoppers together of if I should switch to rat pups? As many of you know the rainbows tend to have smaller necks than most other species so I know its better to stay with smaller meals for now but his girth is almost that of a small adult mouse right now. When I feed the hoppers he only keeps the belly bump for a few hours by morning its gone again.

Here's a new pic of him right before he came out to play.

Feed according to the widest part of the snake. Don't worry, they can stretch really really well.

I would go with rat pups also they do stretch. Ive always gone with the largest part of there gerth. You could always feed her like three hoppers but then your spending money you dont rilly need to be.
