So here's a few pics, 1 of me, and one of my little brother and mother. We had a great weekend with great views of nature and the water was perfect for Kayaking too.

Sorry for the glare off the head, lol It was a sunny day! :p

Me taking a break of our 6 hr trip on the water!

Afterward we decided to go for a walk to the lookout on top of a mountain.. a 4km walk up the mountain.

We followed a little stream for a while and I had to snap a pic of the view...

Here's a view from the top...

It's the perfect time to go with all the colors out. Just a bit cold but nothing that a few layers of clothes can't fix. :p

I will take a bit of cold over having to sweat my tail off any day!

    Amen to that Merlin.
I'm all for kayaking and canoeing but ouch my back would be killing me on that long of a trip.
    Thanks for posting the photos.

How far from Montreal is that?

    So that's about a 10 hr drive.
Hmm I won't be doing that anytime soon.
But hey gas dropped to 99 cents a litre. woohoo.

Thanks for the photos. It's nice to put a face to a name.

That lake makes me want to go fishing. (You can keep your kayaks. I will take a canoe and fishing rod over kayaking any day!) lol

Hehe My kayak is a fishing one actually. :p I have the rod holder and all, with the net and places to put my fish. It's pretty funny. I caught a 2 foot pike at the beginning of the season, he pulled me a good 10 minutes away from my starting point. People on the lake laugh their heads off when they see me pass being pulled by a fish.
