Holy mother of Moses!! Where do you live?? I know in IL any snakes over 7 ft are illegal. (S)he is beautiful though. I'm so jealous of you. Just a few questions: what do you house your snake in? How often do you feed it? Does it have a name? How long is the snake? Can I come over and play with it? (last one was a joke :))

I live in Michigan, we have much more lenient animal laws. She is housed in a 8 foot Animal Plastic Enclosure. She eats 6-7 months a year, during that time she eats rabbits every 7-10 days. Her name is Lily. You can come over but if she eats you I am going to claim we never had this dialogue.

She is around 15 feet and just under 3 years old.

And I won't claim anything. Because I will be digested and pooped out and likely in no shape to say anything. :) She is awesome.

Lovely snake! (I am moving home to Michigan soon. I'll need a refresher on the animal laws so I can make sure I am compliant, lol.)

Wish I had the space and money for a Giant. Maybe someday!

How often? If that is a year's feeding, that really isn't too bad, considering what you're feeding.

That is a Year. Most giant snakes do not eat during the breeding season so 4-6 months out the year they are off food.
