I went to the ETHS expo yesterday and got a sub adult male mexican night snake. I'm letting him settle in till Thursday and then I will take pics when I feed him. I'm now in the market for a female.

Here he is. He doesn't have a name yet, so start with the suggestions.

Very nice, wow, those are some huge eyes! Gorgeous colorings also, may I suggest "noche" spanish for night!

Yea, he has bigger eyes then most of the Mexican nights I see, but they all have large eyes be that their nocturnal. That name just might work, but I want to have several choices before I make up my mind.

He's a beauty! I've never seen that species before either. Are you sure it's a male? Siesta means nap in Spanish. That might work for a female.

Thanks guys! The eyes are kinda a blue in person, but not as blue as most. Allot of the mexican nights have really blue eyes

Haven't seen one of these before, he is very pretty and has a very neat pattern.

    How about Serpico?

With everyone suggesting names that have to do with night, Eclipse came to mind. What does everyone think of that name?
