    Hi there !

Just wanted to show you a few pix from my last herping trips and a snake re-location I had to do because of the land owner's phobia :D

If you have any questions where which picture was shot feel free to ask!

Most of the pix are from the countryside near my hometown.

The mountain pix were shot about 30 miles from where I live and the seaside pictures are from a short trip to croatia, about 300 miles from here where I've also seen interesting creatures.

The hedgehog inside McDonalds: I almost run over him by car and felt guilty, so I took him from the road into the next McDonalds and donated a little bit of food to him last autumn ;)

If anyone should be near Munich at any time and you want to go herping or fishing just tell me :D

    Have fun!

I am so jealous at this moment. Your landscapes are so much prettier than mine...here is the view around here: 07-arizona-desert-west-of-sedona-s.jpg

    Thank you!

But I really would LOVE being in the desert. I think it's VERY beautiful there!

Patrick you are crazy! Trading the beautiful mountains and ocean for an endless flat desert? Only thing Arizona is good for is keeping tortoises outside year round otherwise it's just hot and boring!

Great photos, Patrick. But don't believe Thala. I think she's just lying to you to keep you away from her beautiful state.;)

Aside from being a herping Mecca, it's not exactly hard on the eyes either...

You should post some more herp and habitat shots, if you have any. I love to read herping reports, or even just look at photos of what other herpers see in the field.

BTW, what kind of lizard are those?

Yes! It's lacerta agilis. A female one.

    Best regards
