My carpet finished a shed last night and she is looking nice and shiny so I took her out for a quick photo shoot. Couldn't get any decent head shots, but I did get some nice close-ups of her. Enjoy ;)

What kind of carpet is it for $500?

$500? Yikes! I only paid $175 for my Irian Jaya!

Very gorgeous snake justor! You must be proud :)

Unless it was some uncommon morph $500 is highway robbery!
I paid 30 dollars for my jungle carpet hatchling at an expo!

    Thanks for the comments.

It's incredible how different they look before and after. Over the last week or so she has been getting really dark and dull. Then when I checked on her the other night she was practically glowing like a fluorescent bulb. I had managed to catch her right after she finished. I remember changing her water about two hours before and she was just hiding under her rock cave, then I came back and there she was cruising around her enclosure with a nice single-piece shed at the bottom.

She really is growing quick. I held the shed up next to myself and it's almost as long as me haha. She has to be getting close to five feet now. She was about 3 or 3.5 feet when I got her six months ago.

Good looking snake. I've been trying to decide if I want to get a Carpet or and Blood python next. My wife doesnt want anymore pythons. We have two normal ball pythons, but she prefers boas.
