    Hey guys!

So I've been thinking of getting a Pac-Man frog for a couple months and I have a question about using Eco Earth. So I've used Eco Earth and gotten mold from it. Since then I have dried it in an oven before I use it, but because I need moisture should I be worried about mold? It was white fuzzy kinda mold. Thanks!

Just drying it out will not make any difference. The mold spores will still be there waiting for moisture to become active again. In fact there are mold spores in the very air itself. Not quite sure what the solution is because I have never had to address it with my bunch. Maybe our frog keepers can chime in.

This is old but a late answer is better than no answer.

Springtails. They eat detritus and mold and can be easily acquired.
