Ive seen several posts about people getting these fuzzy catapillars and beetles in with their crickets. I too got them and boy did their population explode! I was feeding more of the clean up crew than crickets. They constantly bogged down and fouled the water. Ive also seen where people feel its safe to use them as feeders along with their crickets.
Now because of what they eat that seems pretty nasty. Could they really have any nutritional value? would gut loading them make them worth it? Im serious I must have about a thousand of them in the bottom of my Cricket Barrel. I don't want to turn my nose up at Mother natures free bounty but really?? I have hungry babies to feed.

I haven't had a lot of luck finding a nutritional value but I have found how bad they are for natural fabrics and leather in your home... Im moving mine out of the family room now. eeewwwww.

Thank you if you have any scientific knowledge on this.
