    Score one for the good guys! That turtle looks ticked! The wording, however, makes it sound like the animals participated in the crimes! "More than 2,400 individual turtles, snakes and salamanders were involved in the documented crimes, with DEC currently holding nearly 400 live animals in evidence." I hope the punishment fits the crime. These creatures cannot be replaced.

    WooHoo!!! Let's give a cheer for all the good guys helping out the herp community(nature). Operation Shellshock--got to love the names they come up with.Lol!

    I also applaud their efforts!

    However the drawback is that once again WE (as reptile keepers)come off looking like a bunch of outlaw hoolagans! :mad:
    They even have one of the perps on tape explaining how he knows just exactly how to do this, and get away with it, and there is not anything that the law can do to catch him at it.

    Obviously he was mistaken!:D
