ok my box turtles are housed in an outdoor enclosure 7 feet by 7 feet and i am wanting to put some plants in there too , i ahve my eye on an elephant ear plant but i do not want to plant anyhting that could hurt them if they ingest it, so what kinds of plants would be a good idea? its fair siol, very hot here through the summer, and this is a mostly sunny spot but accomodations can be made if needed,i want the plantys to be attractive and fairly hardy,. all i have so far is some strawberry plants and honeysuckle growing outside on the fence to provide shade, i was thinking about ferns also to go by there little watering hole, thanks for any suggestions:)
