Best Setup for a Small Area?

I'm redoing my room and I'd like to make one wall (or one section of a wall) dedicated to reptile enclosures. Which would be more practical? Stackable breeder tanks or one of those heavy-duty shelf units? (My mom has one in her scrapbooking room, and, based on the measurements I took, it's wide enough to hold 40 gallon tanks. Also, it can support 200 pounds per shelf, I believe.) I currently have a bearded dragon and I'm looking to possibly get a leopard gecko, with a few more reptiles added over the next few years, depending on what I can find and reasonably handle and care for.
