I have an adult leopard gecko in a 55 gallon long aqaurium and a pueblan milk snake in a 10 gallon aquarium. I need to upgrade the milk snake and I was thinking of putting him in the 55 and buying like a 30 gallon for the leopard gecko. Would this be the best idea or would the gecko have issues moving to a smaller aquarium? Also how much aspen bedding would I need for about 2 inches in the 55 gallon....i see petco has aspen bedding in 4, 8, and 24 quarts.

For the Leo, moving to the 30 gallon long won't be a problem, it's still a nice large enclosure for a leopard gecko! With using the same hides and set up it should feel familiar to him.
