I fed my ATB about a week and a half ago and today and yesterday we have been trying to feed him... and he has not ate... the last time i tried to feed him he just killed it and left it...and this week he will strike and will not even attempt to eat....do lots of them do this or just mine?

Are you feeding live or frozen? the majority of adult ATB's are wild caught and most will not eat frozen food at all striking at it defensively until it goes away. If your problem is that the snake is killing the mouse and then letting it fall it could be that it's being bothered while eating. If your not feeding live you may need to I have one WC ATB that will only eat live. young imported ABT's seem to switch over to frozen, but adult imports rarely do.
