Alright I'm still a bit new to herping, though I've studied snakes all my life, by eight I could have named several snakes by latin in the Elapidae family. I'm sticking with my ball python, V for now, though I'm planning on caring for more exotic species. I'm smarter than diving headlong, I want to take it slow and do my homework. I wouldn't plan on getting a blood for a while, at least a couple years. But I would like to hear some EXPERIENCED herper's takes on owning those finicky snakes. Humidity, temp, setup, and the best brands for keeping those conditions in check. ( Heating pads, thermometers, ect. ) would be very helpful.
