The red autofocus light is sometimes able to be controlled by the settings and as for iguana and boyfriend they aren't quite the same but they spend alot of time battling for my attention!

We've been told for years that reptiles can't see red light. Usually by the people that sell red night time bulbs.
I don't buy it. When I was using the red bulbs long ago I noticed that the animals frequently were looking at the bulb.

Then do you only use ceramic bulb? But they are difficult to make different temp range, aren't they?

I vaguely remember read somewhere that reptiles see red lights as dark gray, therefore don't bother them sleeping. I may remember wrong, though. Anyone can elaborate on this??
